Sativa Peterson is a writer, librarian, archivist, and filmmaker. She is a graduate of Bard College (B.A. Drama/Dance), the University of California, Berkeley’s Graduate School of Journalism (MJ), and Pratt Institute’s School of Information (MSLIS). Currently, she is the National Digital Newspaper Program grant project director and news content program manager for the State of Arizona Research Library. In 2019, she was awarded an Arizona Humanities project grant.
